Pfizer (NYSE:PFE) is reportedly closing two services within the Raleigh, N.C., space as a part of a cost-efficiency initiative.
The drugmaker plans to close its facility in Package Creek and a scientific manufacturing facility in Durham. The corporate’s largest N.C. services, together with two in Sanford and one in Rocky Mount, stay open, in accordance with Raleigh information station CBS17.
In September, Pfizer introduced it had restarted manufacturing at its Rocky Mount plant, which had been badly broken by a twister in July.
