HONG KONG (Reuters) – Evergrande liquidators stated the corporate, SJ and Tianji filed paperwork with a U.S. Courtroom on Friday to withdraw Chapter 15 chapter safety functions, the Chinese language property firm stated in a submitting to the Hong Kong Inventory Trade.
Evergrande liquidators stated they may make new functions below Chapter 15 of Title 11 of the U.S. chapter code if obligatory and acceptable, the submitting stated.
