SS&C Applied sciences (NASDAQ:SSNC) has agreed to amass Carlyle’s (NASDAQ:CG) British funds community Calastone for round £766M (~$1.03B).
The acquisition is anticipated to shut within the fourth quarter of 2025, topic to regulatory approvals.
