Lufthansa finalizes 41% stake Italy’s ITA Airways $350 million, eyes full acquisition

Germany’s Lufthansa Group (OTCQX:DLAKY) (OTCQX:DLAKF) finalized its acquisition of a 41% stake within the Italian airline ITA Airways for €325 million (roughly $350 million) from the Italian authorities.

Lufthansa (OTCQX:DLAKY) now holds a 41% stake in ITA Airways, whereas the remaining 59% will proceed to be owned by the Italian Ministry of Financial system
